YOU OK? is a powerful short film exploring the silent struggles many men face behind closed doors. Through honest, cinematic storytelling, the film challenges the stigma surrounding men's mental health and reminds us that asking for help is an act of strength, not weakness.
Produced in partnership with Barróg Healthcare and Men's Aid Ireland, the project aims to encourage meaningful conversations, promote early intervention, and let men know they do not have to face life's challenges alone.
Currently in production, YOU OK? is being created to inspire empathy, start conversations, and, ultimately, save lives.
